The location here is great, just a short walk away from a beautiful basilica, and the suite is modern with a nice bathroom.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city, close to most of the major churches and monuments. The garden was nice and so was free wifi. The breakfast was very good.
There seems to be a great deal of traffic around the hotel, even during the evening and night. It was also very dark. Though we received a so-called upgrade, we would have preferred a "superior room" in a more quiet part of the hotel.

This family-friendly hotel is charming small with very professional staff. It is in prime location to a 6th century church, set a short walk to the property.

Ravenna is gorgeous & this is possibly the best hotel for the money in town. We were upgraded as the occupancy was relatively sparce and we extended our stay as a result. Thankyou staff & we thoroughly enjoyed Room#11. What a bathroom! Onassis yacht indeed! The setting is tranquil, the breakfast divine. A country-like spa in an urban oasis. The remote parking is not too much of a hassle and the walk there leads you through some of the pretty parts of town. We loved the detail of the room and all the closet space!
A small problem with large quantities of water pooling around the shower requiring regular mopping for fear of leaks and mould. Push bike hire should be free to guests.

Very good service and great breakfast! Charming hotel with beautiful bathroom. If you want to have a bathroom like on Onassi's Yacht, ask for room 11 or similar!

It is a wonderful hotel. Beautiful rooms and common areas, particularly the library, which is appointed with a huge antique marble table. The breakfast is perfect, all manner of pastries, yoghurt, fruit, and muslix, with cappuccinos made to order. The place is not too large so it feels more like staying at a friend's luxury villa than a hotel, the friendly staff also contribute to this atmosphere. This was my second stay here and, having seen all the tourist sites of Ravenna the first trip, I returned to the city simply to stay at this hotel; it was the perfect refuge after busy Rome and Florence; I would recommend it to anyone.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Location was great. It was cute and eclectic not anything special but the triple room we had was spacious.
The shower was difficult since the shower head pointed onto the floor. Better pillows would be nice. Breakfast was mediocre and coffee could have been better but is was not a far walk to a much better cup.

Nice room, good a/c, good breakfast, free bicycles, good location, quiet.

Nice dining room, library, downstairs sitting room and garden. Quiet at night.
Rather unhelpful reception staff (no help with heavy luggage, etc.); the bedroom in the 'suite' was windowless and stuffy and the 'bath 'consisted of a jacuzzi which was nigh on impossible to operate. The expensive suite was a cosmetically improvised adaptation to the attic - not what is suggested on the website.

The room was super fancy and really spacious, plus it had its own bathroom 🛁. It was located right in the center, so it was so easy to get around!

I loved the location of this hotel. It was within walking distance of many things. As long as you dropped your luggage at the hotel then parked the car, it was no problem. I would have been a long walk from the parking lot to the hotel with luggage. This was noted on the web site when booking the reservation. There were plenty of choices for breakfast. The Venitian chandeliers were amazing!!!!!! Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful.
The elevator only goes up one floor. On the second floor it takes quite a while for the water to become hot.

A lovely small and sophisticated hotel with super-friendly employees at the reception desk. Great and ideal location for our visit to lucid mosaics just a short stroll away from the property. Thoroughly enjoyed lovely area🙂❤
